This milestone is a powerful demonstration of our Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) model in full swing—where infrastructure development and elite technical training happen hand-in-hand. 📐🧱
A Masterclass in Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration 🤝⚡
What makes this project truly remarkable is the integrated approach. Before the concrete was poured, trainees from different academic departments had to collaborate seamlessly to layout the building’s core veins:
- ✅ Plumbing Rough-Ins: Our Building and Civil Engineering trainees mapped out and installed heavy-duty drainage, supply lines, and waste piping networks directly into the deck. 🚰🛠️
- ✅ Conduit Electrical Piping: Electrical Engineering trainees took charge of routing the hidden conduit pipe networks through the rebar framework, securing future power distribution paths for the workshop’s heavy industrial machines. 🎛️🔌
- ✅ Superstructure Slab Casting: Once the internal plumbing and electrical lines passed rigorous alignment checks, our Masonry and Building teams stepped in to execute the structural concrete pour. 🧱🏗️
