Today, Building Technology and Masonry trainees at Machakos Town Technical and Vocational College took their practical training to the next level under the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) model. Stepping out of the lecture room, our future site supervisors, masons, and project managers are currently executing full-scale plastering and professional tile-laying works on two major institutional projects: the new Electrical Engineering workshop block and the upcoming college cafeteria.

- On-Site Safety & Material Management: Practicing workplace occupational health and safety (OHS) standards while minimizing wastage and calculating material yields in real time.
