At Machakos Town Technical and Vocational College (MTTVC), our Food and Beverage trainees are turning up the heat in the kitchen! Our students recently participated in a hands-on practical session where they perfected the art of meal preparation.

Trainees are guided through the entire culinary process, including menu planning, ingredient selection, cooking techniques, and stunning presentation.
