🗓️ February 27, 2026
Today, the Machakos Town Technical and Vocational College family made a solemn journey to Mbakoni Village, Mutulani Sub-location, in Makueni County. 🇰🇪 We stood in tearful but proud unity with the family and friends of the late Josphat Kioko Muli as he was laid to rest at his ancestral home. 🕊️🏛️
It was a day of deep reflection, as we gathered to honor a young man whose time with us was far too short, yet whose impact was undeniably powerful.
A Professional and a Passionate Trainee 🍴✨
Josphat wasn’t just a student in our Hospitality Department; he was a rising professional. Pursuing Food and Beverage Operations – Level 5, he was the definition of discipline. Whether in the classroom or during intense practical sessions, Josphat’s commitment to technical excellence was a beacon for his peers. 💎 🛠️
He embodied the “hands-on competence” that MTTVC stands for, proving every day that true skill is born from passion and hard work.
A Star on the Pitch and a Brother in the Field ⚽🏆
The soccer pitch at MTTVC feels a little quieter today. As a key member of our College Soccer Team, Josphat represented us with immense pride and distinction during the Northern Region Ball Games Competitions. 🏅
He wasn’t just a player; he was a dependable teammate who showcased resilience and sportsmanship in every match. His legacy in our sports department is one of teamwork and grit—qualities that brought our institution together. 🤝⚽
A Holistic Legacy 🌟📖
As an institution, we celebrate Josphat’s life as a true reflection of what we strive to achieve: holistic training. From academic growth and practical skills to co-curricular excellence, Josphat did it all with a smile and a heart of gold. 💛
His memory will live on in the hearts of his trainers, his classmates, and his teammates. To his family and loved ones in Makueni: Machakos Town TVC remains united with you in this season of loss. 🕯️🙌
Rest in peace, Josphat Kioko Muli. Your journey, your dedication, and your impact will never be forgotten by your MTTVC family. 🕊️🇰🇪
