This live infrastructure project serves as the ultimate arena for our Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) model. Our future site engineers and structural foremen are executing high-spec reinforced concrete construction directly on-site, mastering:
- ✅ Precision Rebar Fixing: Measuring, cutting, and placing reinforcement bars (rebar) to match dead-accurate engineering specifications for load distribution. 📊📐
- ✅ Advanced Formwork Engineering: Designing and erecting heavy-duty formwork systems engineered to support and shape fresh concrete during critical pours.
- ✅ Structural Reinforcement Spacing: Ensuring perfect bar binding, alignment, and concrete cover spacing to protect steel from corrosion and guarantee long-term structural durability. 🛡️🧱
